Every once in a while, issues of length tend to hang over a woman’s head. Gender norms say girls have to busy themselves with a head of affairs—layer this week, dye another day—while guys can just get out of the shower, run their fimgers across their lawn-covered scalps and go on with their day. A hair raging debate has gone on long enough, though: can a woman cut ties with that gender specific standard and still be able to lure a guy in with half the mane she used to have? Bottom line is, short hair makes for statements and going long are for real ladies. But between a boy cut and a deluge of hair that reminds us of your flowing womanhood, the tress almost always impresses.
