There is a saying that good travelers have no fixed plans and are never truly-intent on arriving, preferring to remain in the act of moving for as long as possible. While that may hold true for some, others might feel more comfortable knowing that they actually have somewhere to sleep when they got to their destination, particularly for long trips or considerable holidays that lasts for months at a time. Whether one chooses to stay in a backpacker’s dormitory or in a lavish hotel, arranging for accommodation is just as important as the various visas, papers, immigration cards, and seat sales of the new world.
