The latest global financial crisis which hit the whole world doesn’t only affect the working force of each countries but it also affected the students. Most students nowadays, especially to third world countries, are forced to become working students because their parents are laid off from their jobs. The recent financial crisis really had a chain effect and each leader of every country must be alarmed with this fact. No wonder, the Philippine president, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, passed an executive order to allow deserving students to work for the government on a part-time basis for them to support their selves.
